The page is just loading and then get stuck when trying to get a key for encrypting

I am having trouble obtaining a key for encrypting a current form. It just looks like it's loading and get stuck. Can you help?

Is this your first attempt of enabling encryption and getting a key? When you say loading and get stuck, is it when you click "Create encryption keys for me" button or the other button? If yes, then please do the following to we'd know what's causing it.

a. In the browser and while in the form builder trying to get the key, Press F12 to open the developers window.

b. Find and click the "Console" tab in the developers window. From there, you should be able to see some errors in red. Please take a screenshot and post it here.

But if you already have the key, then no need to get one again. You can only have it once and you have to keep it on a very secure place in your PC.

I'm sorry, you should post the screenshot here. Anyways, I saw it. Can you try it with Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox? You are currently using IE and I'm not sure if that works there. We recommend Google Chrome or Firefox when accessing our website so you don't need to worry with some incompatibilities that IE is known of.

I believed that worked… could you confirm this form is now encrypted?

I can confirm that your form is encrypted. You also can confirm this for yourself by looking for the green lock to the right of the submit button. If the green lock is shown this means that the form is encrypted.
