What is the charge per form if I go over?

I am on the starter plan and I don't feel I will go over the 100 mark, but if I do,  what is the charge?

You won't be charged immediately.

If you are near your limits, you will received an email notifications about it. If you finally reached any of the limits stated in your account, all of your forms will temporarily be disabled, which means no one can fill it out. You can check the limits of each account type/plan here: http://www.jotform.com/pricing. To continue using your forms, you can either upgrade to a higher subscription plan OR wait for the submission counters to reset which happens every 1st day of the month. For Upload storage space limit, you can free up space by deleting submissions with file uploads attached to them if you don't want to upgrade to a higher plan.

Please do take note that submission limits are per month while the upload storage space is the total space you are allowed for the account.

Hi,

As mentioned on the email, what we are offering are subscription with different account limits for your form.

The submission limit is per account. So if you reached 100 submissions for Free plan, your forms will temporarily be disabled which means no new submissions will be allowed because the form will not be accessible. You can remain on Free plan but you won't be able to use your forms on that time.

If you want to continue using your forms you will need to upgrade to a higher subscription plan. In your case, example you have upgraded to Premium monthly plan which charges you $9.95/month, your forms will be reactivated and you will be allowed to receive 1000 regular submissions, 1000 SSL submissions and 1000 payments completion every month.

The cost is not per submission but per subscription plan you have purchased.

The submission limit will reset every 1st day of the month as mentioned earlier. So let's say for "Free" plan you are allowed 100 regular submissions monthly, you received 60 submissions for the month of July, the counter for the limits will reset to "0" the next month (August) giving you a fresh start. The unused submissions (40) won't be added or won't be roll over on the following month.
