My account has been suspended!

    I have another username (smajkia@yahoo.com) for which my account was suspended for suspected phishing. I saw that this was an issue and deleted the forms which had username and password fields (as I am NOT trying to do that at all, I was actually just toying with using jot form as a user signup form). I contacted the support site interlogy.com and sent several emails but did not get an answer. It has been DAYS. I am now totally locked out of my account. Meanwhile I have other crucial forms which cannot be used because I am locked out. PLEASE correct this problem ASAP. I'm tired of contacting you and getting no response. This is the worst costumer service ever.

    I am having the same issue.   I have been locked out of my account for Phishing.

    I have no idea what I even did for this to happen.

    Please help me ASAP.  I need to be able to access my forms
