I need your help because I'm designing a new form and system shows constantly a currently unavailable warning shot. Why is that? Please I need answers because I'm on my deadline.

We had experienced some issues, but it should be fixed by now, can you confirm that? If not, what browser are you using? Please try clearing browser cache or using another browser, we recommend using Chrome and Firefox. Let us know what happens.
