    Getting error message when I try to delete all submissions.

    When I try to clean out all submissions by using the "Delete All Submissions" button I get the following error... "Wrong parameter number in construct." See screen capture attached.

    Hi Larry,

    I guess you are still getting the error. This is my first time to encounter such. Please do the following:

    a. Logout from your account

    b. Clear your browser's cache and cookies for Jotform

    c. Login again

    d. Clear your forms cache: http://www.jotform.com/help/229-How-to-Clear-your-Form-Cache.

    e. Access the form submissions and try doing it again.

    If that is not working, please let us know the form URL so we can try it to our end. And please tell us if it's okay if we delete it for you.

    I have tried the suggested and the error is still there.

    Please do what you need to test BUT DO NOT delete the form itself.

    We are sorry for the inconveniences caused. The form submissions on the Venture-LNC form have been manually deleted now.
