Paypal integration stopped working

    Hi, my last "question" was meant to be search term.  We have been using  Paypal to collect membership dues on our form successfully for the last 2 months.  All of a sudden, it won't connect any more.  After hitting "Proceed to checkout" it no longer goes to Paypal to enter payment information.  It just goes to the "Thank you for you submission!" page.  Can you tell me what has gone wrong?  We haven't changed anything (at least that I know of).

    I'm not able to find any Payment integration on the JotForm titled "HHFSC Membership Form"? Please add the PayPal payment tool to this JotForm. Please refer to the guide below how PayPal can be integrated to your JotForm.

    If you are referring to your other JotForm titled "HHFSC Membership 2015 -16", I see that the form is redirecting to PayPal without any issue.
