Forms over quotaAsked by Access Midwves on July 28, 2015 at 02:52 PM
We have recently received an email stating:
"You have currently reached the limits of your account. Your forms will be disabled at . Free accounts are limited to 10 SSL submissions per month."
Could you please clarify what this means? We have no longer have any forms as a secure document, we have emptied all the folders but are still receiving the email about reaching our limit.
Your help would be greatly appreciated!
I do not know which form or account you are currently talking about as there are no forms attached to this guest account that you have posted from. The message means that you have met or exceeded the limit of 10 SSL submissions per month. Your forms will be disabled until the first of the next month.
Since you are no longer using secured forms then you will not have to worry about reaching this limit again next month.
If you provide me the account username that is receiving these emails i could provide you with more information.
