No notifications despite following instructions

    I have tried to add my colleague to this notifier email, and they still do not get the submission or test emails...

    This is not an answer (im the poster with question) this is the confirmation that I get upon doing the test...

    To properly test it, you need to do a real submission, click on Preview and fill the form out:

    If you have done this already, please check the spam folder. You may white-list our domain names, if the issue continues, as we use Amazon SES method for "noreply@jotform.com" sender:
