Thank you Redirect not working

I am trying to redirect my users to a custom url using the custom url thank you page.  I have tried multiple times and it will not redirect after submitting.  Please advise.

I have tested the form without a problem. Here is my test form:

It should redirect you to our user's guide section.

This is still not working for me.  Your form is not redirecting to a user guide.  I was redirected to myforms.  Can you please take a look at my form.  Link above.  After submitting you should be redirected to a store for payment.
