I am a premium member. All day today I cannot click on any of my forms to edit them. Customers are also trying to register for events and make payments via my payment gateways which were working until todays problem. I am losing money today. Nobody can use my forms including MYSELF! I also have not been able to log out of my account today. What is going on????

We are truly sorry to hear that and we apologize for the inconveniences caused.
I'v been up for a day but I am able to edit my forms just fine.
May I suggest to clear your browser's cache and try it again. Perhaps this will help.
I also check your forms here and they appears to be working fine as usual.
Please let us know if you are still experiencing difficulties editing your forms so we can assist you further.

Thank you. It is partially corrected I can now edit the forms HOWEVER: People cannot make payments at the moment. When they check boxes for purchases it is not doing the total. According to a few who phoned me it is also not letting payment go through even though I use the jotform payment tools. Everything was working fine until last night. This is occuring on all of the forms.
- apapresidentAnswered on July 28, 2015 at 08:39 PMThank you Elton,
I can now edit the forms HOWEVER: People cannot make payments at the
moment. When they check boxes for purchases it is not doing the total.
According to a few who phoned me it is also not letting payment go through
even though I use the jotform payment tools. Everything was working fine
until last night. This is occuring on all of the forms. I did check and
they are properly connected to the Stripe and paypal gateways. It appears
to be a malfunction on the jotform end.
I appreciate your assistance.

I've tried submitting one of your JotForm with Stripe and it seems to be working fine at my end. Since I've used test credit card number, the payment was declined.
Could you let us know if the forms are being accessed using direct JotForm URL or the forms are embedded on any of your webpages? If the forms are embedded on your website, please provide us with the webpage URL where the form is embedded so that we can take a look and provide you with necessary assistance.

I have tested you form and the totals are being done correctly
Kindly try re-embedding your form or edit the src value of the iframe to have the form URL, this will allow it to be validated correctly and not allow submitting when the required fields are not filled in
<iframe frameborder="0" scrolling="no" style="width: 100%; border: medium none; height: 3204px; min-height: 300px;" id="51004849326958" name="51004849326958" allowtransparency="true" src="//www.jotformpro.com/form/51004849326958" onload="window.parent.scrollTo(0,0)"></iframe>
- apapresidentAnswered on July 29, 2015 at 07:59 AMThank you! I tested my forms this morning and now they all seem to be
