    Mandatory information missing

    Hi, I've had some forms come through where clients have not completed mandatory information. In the cases I can contact them they said the fields weren't shown on the form. I'm not sure if its a browser issue on there end or possibly bad rules set by me? 90% of the time it works great. Love jotform overall. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Hi Laura,

    I reviewed your form and all fields appear to show once the condition has been met. Please see an example in the screenshot below:

    I am however seeing that these fields have not been marked as required, as such your users can submit the form without filling out the fields.

    Place the fields as required, if the fields are still hidden, it will not prevent the form from being submitted.

    Thanks for your response. The problem is at the start where there is an option to select new client or returning client (screenshot 1). Once selected new client the mandatory fields that should be displayed (screenshot 2) are not showing up for some users.

    I have tested your form in Chrome, Firefox and IE and I was not able to reproduce mentioned problem. When I selected "New Client"option new fields are displayed correctly.

     

    Is there any specific scenario when you are getting this and for all users or just one user? In which device/browser/operating system is this issue happening?
