The "next" button intermittently not displayed

We have developed a conditional form for our website which is intermittently not displaying the "Next" button, meaning that users are unable to complete the form and submit their responses to the questionnaire.

The form works without any problems using Safari, but seems to have problems using Chrome.

The web site is a WordPress site (version 4.2.3), the version of Chrome browser we have seen the problem with is Version 44.0.2403.107 (64-bit).

I initially copied the script code directly into the post...

    <script src="//form.jotform.co/jsform/50647571777871" type="text/javascript"></script>

I then installed the Jotform plugin called Jotform Embed Forms v1.2 and used that to embed the form... this did not improve the results.

Can you please advise what is causing this issue?

    Hello amandaclifford,

I did test your form which you have embedded in your wordpress webpage and I am unable to replicate the issue you are having. The next button is very much visible in all pages. Please check the screenshot below:

The issue seems to be that none of the validation is working and clicking on the next button does not take you to next page.

I would suggest you to re-embed your form using its iFrame embed code and that should most like solve your problem. The following guide should help you how to grab your form's iFrame embed code:  http://www.jotform.com/help/148-Getting-the-Form-iFrame-Code

    Hope this helps.

Do get back to us if the issue persists.

    Thank you!
