I can't get the forms to open up at my website

    The icons show but they won't open anything up.  Am I doing something wrong.  I put a whole heck of a lot of time into this form! I would be very disappointed if I have to go elsewhere!

    I have inspected your website and I was not able to find any JotForm forms. Actually I did found one but that form has only submit button: http://www.jotform.us/form/52091503522142 

    Other form that I found are not JotForm forms.

    How did you embed your forms?
