Form view does not work on some servers

Good morning, I made some forn with your application and I found myself very well!
A client of mine called and told me that the form of your content is not displayed on the PCs of your company due to a very powerful firewall.
And 'it possible that such a thing happens? Thank You.

Yes, it is possible. They might be connected into a very secure network in which access to websites are very limited. Unfortunately, there's nothing we can do about this but you can ask your client to add Jotform to their white list so they can access the form.

Another solution is to download your form source code and host the files to your server. This way, the form files will be served from your server not within Jotform boundary.
