404 Not Found error shown instead of my "Infinite List" widget

    Hi there,

    I've added in an infinite list widget into several of my jotforms so that people can input their name and roles when working on a job.

    A client has come back to me recently saying there is an error on it. When I looked into it, it is saying "404 Not Found".

    I looked at several different forums that feature responses from Widget Developers, who have said that removing the widget and then re-inputting it into my forms should fix the problem, although it is still happening after I've done this. 

    I've tried opening a completely new JotForm and this still doesn't fix the problem. Even when adding a similar widget to "infinite List" it still says "404 Not Found".

     

    I need this solved as soon as possible as we sent out the forms to clients last week and several people are starting to comment that they can't do it which will cause us to have a business headache!

    I took a look at your form Cerys and it seems to be working properly for me at this time, but do check it out and let us know if you happen to still experience the same issue.

    I presume that there was some temporary glitch that made it show the 404 error, but if you are still experiencing the same, do let us know know.
