Some of my forms were closed a few times although I did not close them using the options (Situation: Open/Close)and their submission limits did not overdue.
I wonder if I do something wrong.

I've checked one of your forms that is disabled. I see that you have set a form limit on it, like an expiration date, submission limit and a unique question option.
If the form limits were met, the form will automatically be disabled.
You'll need to manually enable it to make it work again. Here's a guide on how to enable your form: http://www.jotform.com/help/180-How-to-Enable-Disable-a-Form

Thank you for your reply. The forms were closed although I did not close are:
1-Submission limit is 400 and it is 127 already and no Expiration date limit. (No Limit)
2-Submission limit is 180 and it is 128 already and no Expiration date limit. (No Limit)
Closed forms (2 of 6) were closed because of submission number limitation. (45 and 40)

I have checked your form sand all are currently enabled except the two you mentioned, If the issue resurfaces please let us know

A few minutes ago I noticed that after I downloaded the excel report the form Ücretsiz Yaz Kampları-Robotlar Canlandı! was closed although its 32 submissions (limit is 40). I opened it manually again.
Do you have a button/widget/icon etc on the screen to close the form? And I wonder if I run it accidentally?

I checked the form you mentioned, "Ücretsiz Yaz Kampları-Robotlar Canlandı!", and in the form limits it has a limit of 32?
That may be the reason why it was disabled awhile ago.
The only buttons that I see to disable your form are in the "More" options:
And in the Preferences:
It is quite unlikely that they will be disabled, unless our anti-Phishing system detected a violation on it to our terms, however that should autosuspend your account which is not the case.
If you happen to experience it again please let us know.
