My forms have stopped working

Hello,

I have 2 forms that are used every day

Arrangement Details

This will not submit any details, screen just freezes, also an app on here called Configurable list shows in the form

Gas Certificate

Simply will not submit any data once updated either

can you advise what is going on and what needs to be done to get these to working again

Hi Ian,

I was able to submit the forms without any issues. For as long as the required fields are filled, you should be able to submit it.

Did you embed these forms to your website? Can you give us the link? We would like to check if somehow, a conflict is causing it. But if there are conflicts, we recommend using our iframe method method:
