Not working, shows this error most of times.Please help me out.

The page doesn't open as I am getting many complaints from my visitors. It happens most of times so attaching the screenshot too. Please help me out.

there are a couple of reasons why this happens. I believe this is a problem on the actual website that you have. This is the link that shows the error http://www.techpanorma.com/contact-us/. It's possible that you are getting downtime or server issues on where your website is hosted.

It is also possible there's a network issue in your end. But as you have mentioned, you have a couple of users that experiencing this problem, if that's the case, I believe it's related to the website itself.

If the website is down, the form will not be displayed.

I checked your website and it is accessible in my end.

Ya, it's working now, but sometimes doesn't work properly and displays that error. I talked to my hosting provider as well and they assured me that this wouldn't happen again. But it happened yesterday.

My best guess is that your hosting provider might be having some issues on their end. I would advise that you report this again to them to have it checked further. 

I also noticed that there's no JotForm form in that website link, so this problem is not related in our end. We can only help you if your having problems in using our product or forms.
