Sub-Accounts and submission levels

    Hi there,

various people at my organisation have been using the free version of JotForms but I'd like to consolidate them under the Economy paid plan.

I have tested sub-accounts with a colleague who has a Premium account and when they added me as a sub-account user it showed me as having a free account. If I create a form would it be as part of the paid account or as part of my free account?

I am concerned that if the form is set up under the free account it won't have submissions available.

So would the person who owns the paid account have to set up every form and the sub-accounts only be able to edit those forms?

    Many thanks for your help

    Duncan

Whenever you add a sub-account user, it does not mean it will inherit benefits.

"If I create a form would it be as part of the paid account or as part of my free account?"

It depends on where you create the form. If you create it in "MY FORM", then the form will be as part of the free account:

If you create it under the folder that has been shared with you(which is the paid account that added you as a sub-user), then the form will be as part of the paid account:

"So would the person who owns the paid account have to set up every form and the sub-accounts only be able to edit those forms?"

No, as long as the free accounts create forms under the folder of the paid account.

    Hello again,
A user who created a number of forms in their own free account has shared them with me and I would like to have them owned by her account which is part of our paid account (SOASForms) rather than her separate account.
Her forms all appear in the “Shared with you” area in a folder called “Sophiedilley” I would like them moved into “My Forms > SummerSchools” is this possible as I can’t see an option to change ownership anywhere.
I have copied Sophie in on this message.
    All the best

Unfortunately that is not possible to achieve. Forms from folder that are Shared with you can not be moved to My form folder.

There is not Folders and Delete option when you select form inside of Share with you folder.
