My name is Natasha Bethea and I received an email this morning saying that my subscription has been cancelled. Can you tell me a reason for the cancellation?

Upon checking your account, I found that you have switched your subscription form economy monthly to professional monthly subscription and that is the reason why your economy subscription was cancelled.
Your account is currently in good shape and there is nothing to worry about until next renewal date.
