One of my folders/forms just got deleted and I don't know how

If the folder was shared with you from another account, they may have removed the permission.  You could ask them to share it with you again. 

If the folder was one created in your account, fortunately, removing the folder will not delete the forms associated with it.  You would need only recreate the folder and associate the forms with it as you had them previously.

If a folder is deleted, we cannot restore it.  We do not make changes to users accounts and folders cannot be deleted automatically.  They need to be intentionally deleted. 

If it was shared with you as a sub-user:

And they removed your access to the folder, they would need to share it with you again.  We cannot restore your access if they removed it.  It would be up to the person who shared it with your to share it again.
