Hello, we had a customer this morning report that when using a smartphone she was not able to use the submit button on the PayPal linked form because where it said to type in what you see (the anti-spam feature), there was no graphic viewable.

Should people be able to use and submit the 2 registration forms (including linking to PayPal) from a Smartphone?

What should be our advice we give people if there is no (anti-spam) graphic showing up when they go to try to complete the form?  She indicated she had tried refreshing the page but that it didn't work.

    Thanks,

Based on what you have mentioned, I presume that the issue is happening on the embedded form. If that is true, then please do give us the link to the page on your website where the form is embedded so that we can take a look at it and help you sort this out.
