    Hi Anthony,

I have tried replicating the issue using Chrome and Firefox browsers but failed to do so. I was able to submit my submissions without any error on upload tool. Please check if you have received my sample submission.

This error may sometime occur when you try to upload wrong file extension, please double check your image file extensions (jpg, gif, png).

If you can also share us the exact steps for us to reproduce this problem, then that would be helpful for further investigation on this.

Let us know if you have more questions to ask. Thank you for using JotForm!

I received your test forms.  Thank You.

I figured out that the extension names are SUPER important. I actually got it working with my own tests as well.

I want to make it easy for people to apply to our form (it freezes up if there are any problems) so I explained that they can apply to our website using regular email.

Guess that there is not much to be done because of the technicality in those file extensions.

Many thanks for looking into this problem.

You can also change your file upload tool to accept most known image file formats:

jpeg, jpg, tiff, raw, png, bmp, gif

Just simply paste that one on the Extensions box. Please check screen below for the guide.

I hope this helps. Let us know if you have further questions. Thank you.
