Forms to Continue Later

I'd like to create a form for our auditorium. Essentially the form would be a report of the event.  The person filling out the report will be 1 of 4 people.  Is it possible to do a form to continue later that "first form" as shown be a drop down box of pre-filled email addresses.  Essentially, I'd like to make it so the user doesn't have to always fill in the first form...just select their address from a list.
