    Are you referring to having your subscription cancelled, or would you like to have your entire JotForm account deleted?

    If you are referring to cancelling your subscription, I can see that your subscription seems to be cancelled successfully - your account will be downgraded back to free on 2015-08-17 and you should not receive any more charges.

    If you would like us to delete your account as well, please let us know.
