The email address used on submission notification is not in our bounce list, I guess you are referring to this this form: http://www.jotform.us/form/21581244570147
Upon checking, I see the email notification is not properly setup:
Sender Name :Make sure you assign it to a field from your form where the user enters her name (usually the"Name" field -or similar)
Please check also in your spam folder. In addition to this, you may white-list our domain names, if the issue continues, as we use Amazon SES method for "email@example.com" sender.
Please send me set up instructions or screen shots bec I have no idea what you mean to do.

Here are a step by step instructions to update your existing Notifier email as what my colleague suggested to you to fix:
I checked your form and I see that you have created a new Notifier email (Notifier 2) in- http://www.jotform.us/form/21581244570147. Are you still not receiving notifications from your form?
