How do I delete old submissions?

I copied all of the email addresses that have been submitted by use of our forms. Now I would like to delete them so I won't copy the same ones when I update our list. I saw a delete button under the "more" drop down tab but I'm not sure if that will delete the form or the submissions.

It is good that you have asked since that would move both the form and the submissions into your Trash folder, from where it would be permanently removed.

Of course, even if that happens there are ways to restore it (only when it is moved to Trash folder, not if it is deleted [Purged] from it as well) by following the steps here: How to Restore Deleted Forms?

Now to remove the submissions, you should go into your Submissions Panel. There you will see the option to delete both single submission (the one that you are currently viewing):

and to delete all submissions in one step:

The second option will require you to enter your account password as a confirmation as once submissions get removed, there is no way for us to restore them for you.
