When setting up the form notifications for the "reply" email, can we override the "From Jotform"?

    I have a couple forms that get sent to client (or me), and I don't want them to be from the person (which I know that's an option)...  

     

    In this case, I want it easily identifiable that the reply coming in is for a specific campaign or purpose.

    Can I manually override the "FROM" Jotform, but put someting original there?

    I would like to inform you that it is possible. Are you interested in changing "From Jotform" for a simple form Notification or for a form Auto Responder notification?

    Currently, just the simple form Notification.

    I think I was able to adjust the Auto Responder…

    If you would like to use something different from "From JotForm" you will have to use some sender email address different from noreply@jotform.com. You can use either customer's email from some visible field or email from some hidden field.

    In the following example you can see two hidden boxes Campaign name & From email and one visible field E-mail.

    However, please note that more email notifications may be rejected/went to spam because you will use not real sender email address.
