Why Is my Registration Form no Longer Displayed on my Web Page

We’ve received a couple registrations via the JotForm on our Reg. page.  On a whim, I went to our reg. page to see how it looked to visitors and don’t see the JotForm reg. form at bottom of page. Tested in both IE and Chrome – no luck in either. Any ideas?

Our conference website is www.nic.edu/nwphilosophyconference and REG. link is on right side of home page.

The embed code that JotForm gave me seems to still be there.

    <script type="text/javascript" src="http://form.jotform.us/jsform/50565583723157"></script>

    Thanks,

    Hi John,

I'm not sure why it's not appearing on your end but I can see it just fine. Here's a screenshot I just took of the page located at http://www.nic.edu/websites/default.aspx?dpt=176&pageId=5837:

The only thing I spotted was that the margin at the top of the form is a bit too wide but that's a different issue which can be addressed in a separate thread. Have others with whom you have shared your webpage URL reported not seeing the form?

I'm not sure, but guessing that our IT folks fixed it before you got to it. They said they tweaked a little bit of the code and it's been showing up since then.
    Thanks for the quick reply.
