I was trying to create an email notification after completing the form.
But when I try to open the email content, it does not appear line in the screenshot.
Please let me know.

I see that you are using Italian Jotform Builder. I have cloned your form and switch settings on my account to Italian, but I could not reproduce mentioned problem.
