I've been accessing JotForm for a few weeks and not having to put in my password. I tried to access JotForm yesterday and it takes me to the beginning screen like I am a new user. It won’t accept the login ID I gave it originally or the password. I’ve tried to get them to send me a password reset and the reset e-mail message comes 5 hours later after I’m gone from work and then when I try and use it says the reset has expired.

I tested our password reset instructions feature and it is working properly. Can you please to request for a password reset instructions again.
