Is there a way to pause the completion of a form, save the data collected and return to the form later?Asked by pwarren on July 30, 2015 at 10:07 AM
We are currently using a form in an area with poor mobile/wifi signal and we sometimes lose communication to the form whilst completing it. It would be good to "save" regularly so we can return to the form when the signal returns without starting again,
Unfortunately, the forms will need internet connection to properly submit and work.
However, it is still possible to save the progress in your form and continue later. You can try following these guides:
I prefer using method 1 in this case.
You can also try converting your form to a fillable PDF, that will let you use the form offline and submit at the later time. Here's a guide about it: http://www.jotform.com/help/312-Fillable-PDF-Everything-you-need-to-know-about-JotForm-Fillable-PDF-Creator
I hope that helps.
