my fields keep disappearing after i create rules.

Hi,

If you create a rule that only shows a field if an option is selected or data is entered, it will automatically hide the field.  I checked your most recent form and only saw one condition to skip to another page.  That should not be hiding fields.  If you could let us know which fields are disappearing and which rule is causing this to happen, we will be happy to take a closer look.
