With the free plan are you only allowed 100 submissions in total or every month you can have 100 submissions?

Im working with a FQHC so with limited budgets we are looking to engage our patients despite our funding restrictions. We have a paper survey but giving patients more autonomy is desired.  

With the free plan you are allowed a total of 100 submissions every month, this quota is usually renewed at the beginning of every month (month days[30] is counted based on the date you signed up for the account)
