Not able to submit

I had a few user submit there info using my form and your website wasnt able to submit there information. They kept getting sorry this form doesnt allow duplicate signup (or something in that lango)

I need to get his fixed ASAP, I have a big signup event tonight and I afraid I would need to signup elsewhere.

I checked your form and you currently have limitations set in your form to allow only unique submissions:

If you set this to "No Check", you form will allow multiple submissions from a single user once again.
