Change name of URL

Are you able to change the name of the URL the form is on?

We email out the form to our new centres to collect supplier information and are trying to encourage them to use the webbased form over the PDF version.

Do you have an recommendations for the best way to email out forms or is sending the link the best option.

You do can create custom URL Name for the Form.
