Can you alter emails received from Jotform? If so, how?

As you obviously know, when you receive the results of a Jotform, it is in a table format, one question below the other. When we receive this information, we copy and paste much of it into a short paragraph to send to customers.

I'd like to know if it is possible to alter the format of emails so that I can receive the information as is, but also a short paragraph containing some of the information.

FYI it would state something like the following:

Pickup Thursday the 23rd of July. Consumption Friday 24th of July.

    Hello juicebureau,

Yes it is possible to achieve your requirement by editing your email alert template. Please check the screenshot below on how to edit your email alert template to include only the desired information:

Thanks. A couple of follow up questions:

Can I add days to those dates? ("Thursday 6-8-2015" instead of just "6-8-2015")

And I'd like the notification email to send to multiple emails. How can I do this?
