How to download all the file uplaods together?

Hi Guys!

We are desperate to find a way to download all the submissions from our uploads form, we have tried ruby, the download all button and googledrive but nothing will push all the uploads over. Are there any other options, its exseedingly important our Dj's have offline access again as one of our hard-drives went haywire.

Hello xrpradio,

Did you get any error when you use our "File Downloader" app? This app should work just fine.

Alternatively you can use manually download the file. Here are the steps you should follow:

#1. You can download your submission records in excel.

#2. Copy all your uploaded files URL.

#3. Then you can use any download manager like DAP and add the uploaded file URLs which will start downloading the files one by one.
