    About the upgrading my account

    my account has just been downgraded 5 days ago: 26/7/2015. Right now it has been announced that the account is over the quota (100 submissions) and I must upgrade again. How can it happen? My account, that was upgraded from 26.6.2015-26.7.2015, was not counted at all? How was my account counted (from when till when?) Please send me the report about my account and how your submission is counted? I hope to hear from you soon.

    When you downgrade your account, the submissions count will remain the same and won't reset back to zero. You reached the quota for the free account which is 100 submissions per month so that's why your account/forms are currently disabled.

    Anyways, the next monthly reset is approaching. Your account limit will be automatically set back to zero again.
