We have been using a jotform form for years to collects payments via the authnet interface. It has suddenly stopped being displayed on our website.
Authorize.net is upgrading their interface -- has this disruppted the jotform?

I don't believe that Authorize.net update has anything to do with it, as I see that your form is over quota. Direct link to your form is this:

The reason that you are seeing this error is that you have already received 10 payments this month (and 10 secure SSL submissions), which is the maximum allowed on a free plan per month. You can either wait for your submission counters to reset on the first day of next month at 00 EST (tomorrow), or you can upgrade to a plan that supports more payments and secure submissions.
