Trying to identify origin fields

I need your help to identify certain fields in the format I'm designing because although they are conditioned they appear for no apparent reason. My problem with this is because of this is a format with the same information (but in quadruple) I can't identify at which of the four sections belongs in order to set a properly condition.

This is kind of urgent because tihs form will be launched next monday (august 3).

I have taken a look at your form, and I see that you have used multiple fields with the same name, which is not really recommended. As you have noticed yourself, it makes it easy to confuse which entries were filled in which field, and it makes it much harder for you to set up conditions.

If possible, I would advise you to rename your fields for persons 2-4 to contain the number of their person, so that they are easier for you to manage.

When it comes to which exact options are showing when nothing is selected in your Drop Down, they are showing from various sections. I have marked in the following screenshot which options come from under which Persona # field.
