The dialog window described on the third image of paragraph one "How to Create an Encrypted form" in this tutorial:

    http://www.jotform.com/help/344-What-are-Encrypted-Forms-and-how-to-use-them-as-expert

Doesn't appear to me while creating a new encrypted form, same situation described before in the same paragraph.

I have an asc gpg key to try for my client to upload but after the first try the dialog window stopped working without saying anything, does your encryption support gpg or do I have to create a new key in your system in order to use the ecryption feature?

    Thanks,

The form I'm talking about is "Contact Form Avenure"

To my understanding you are trying to use a public gpg key with your jotform but are unable to get the pop-up to appear.

Have you used the encryption beforehand? Doing so would cause the pop-up to disappear and not return. However, you can bring it back by clearing your browser cache then re-log into your account where you can then choose a form and set the advanced property for encrypted form to "yes" as mentioned in the guide and it should reappear again so that you can attempt to use your key.
