The form we used suddenly didn't work

    There is a problem with the form "aanmelden reünie 2015"

    People who want to use this form recieved the tekst : "dit formulier is nu niet beschikbaar"

    I can't find the problem.

    Hi,

    I checked your form and it has been manually set to disabled:

    Under the "Preferences" tab in the General Settings, set the status of your form to "Enabled" and the form should work properly once again.
