I am not sure if I understand your requirement on creating an encrypted widget.

If you are asking about having your widget code encrypted, so that others can't see the HTML and JavaScript codes you had used in your widget, it is not something that can be achieved. In order for the widget to work, you would have to use valid HTML and JavaScript codes, which therefore can't be encrypted at the moment.
