How to Fix Captcha Error when Fowarding Submissions

    When I am trying to forward a submission an error pops up and says please correct captcha. What is this and how to I correct it?  Thanks.

    If I understand you correctly you mean that you are in your submissions viewer and trying to foward a submission to someone. Then after entering the captcha and sending it you get an error, correct?

    What exactly does the error message on your end say? Is it telling you to correct the captcha? If so then that most likely means you entered it wrong the first time.

    I tested this on my end but so far I am unable to replicate the issue.

    I've gone ahead and cleared your form cache so please also clear your browser cache then try this again and let us know if you are still having any issues with it. If so then please let us know what browsers|browser version you are experiencing this problem on.
