received a new credit card number and need to change my billing info

Hi,
Bluesnap is our old payment processor, but we are migrating to FastSpring and Stirpe. So, in order to update your billing info/payment method simply follow the steps in the screenshot, it should redirect you to Stripe instead.
You can then update your billing information.
