We are receiving a "bad gateway" message when attempting to save edits to submissions.

    We edited these forms successfully for several weeks

    This morning we are receiveing the following message when attempting to save edits:

     

    502 Bad Gateway

    nginx/1.2.3

     

    Alternatively, we just get a "please wait" message.

    We had a high load on submit servers but it resolved.
