I checked your account and it is indeed over limit for SSL based submissions:
If you have your form embedded using the https link or have sent out the https://secure link to your form, it will use SSL based submissions.
If you would like to have use check and webpages to see if the embedded forms are using SSL, let us know the URL's and we will be happy to have a look.
I went ahead and reset your SSL limits and reactivated your account. Since the monthly reset occurs tomorrow anyway, I figured one day early wouldn't hurt.
