I tick the 'remember me' button so I don't keep having to sign in.
Why does JotForm not remember me???

It is possible that you may have deleted your web browser's cookies or it's not set to save cookies that's why you always keep on trying to login everytime you visit the site. Can you please share with us the name and version of the browser that you're using?
- pettalkAnswered on December 13, 2011 at 11:14 AM
Sure, it's Safari version 5.0.6
Thanks for speedy response!

Thank you for the response.
Can you go to Edit > Preferences > and click Security tab, and tell us the option selected for Accept cookies? If Never is selected, please change it to Only from sites I visit.

It has already neen set to "only from sites I visit"

May I also ask if do you use private browsing after you open your Safari browser?
You can also try clearing your browser's cache and try logging back in, making sure that you have ticked the remember me check box.
Please let us know if you're still having issues after this.

Any clue what to do on Win7 running IE9? I've cleared all temp files, history, cookies. Still when i surf to www.jotform.com the system remembers me as 'guest' user and not with my name 'huubvanbaal'. On other platform WinXP using IE8, Chrome, Firefox and Opera I am remembered correctly. I guess I have to set and or delete some specific things. Other applications in the cloud do remember me correctly. Thanks for your guidance.
Kind regards, Huub van Baal

Is it possible for you to update or reinstall IE9? Note that doing this will remove all of the other saved passwords in IE. If you tried other browsers in Win7 like Firefox or Chrome, do you experience the same problem?
Kindly try and let us know how it goes.
Hello Allan. That's quiet a drastic operation you suggest. One might also loose the changes made to favorites and other parameters within IE9. On my laptop I have no other browsers installed so I cannot explain if different browsers will have the same issue.
I've tried to remove cache / coockies along the instructions found at http://www.practicalecommerce.com/articles/2317-Internet-Explorer-9-Managing-Cookies-and-Cache- and the issue is still there. I really like to avoid to reinstall IE9. So any further suggestions are welcome.

IE Options>Advanced>Uncheck Empty Temporary Internet Files folder when browser is closed.

Is already unchecked. Other suggestions or an URL with advanced instructions to clean / check IE9?

I dont know why you are always in such a rush to clean or delete your internet files/cache on IE9.
The problem here is that IE9 doesnt seem to be able to find your JotForm cookies, if you keep deleting everything, it has even less chance.
You could check this:
1) Click on tools
2) Click on the Privacy tab
3) Click on the Advanced buttom
4) Accept and allow all session cookies should be checked
This really could be anything, ultimately IE9 may have just got itself into a complete muddle.
