Why my form was disable

    We do not allow for the collection of credit card details in forms for any reason.  When our system detects forms with such fields, it automatically suspends the account.  I removed the form from your account and activated your account.  You should be able to use access it once again.

    Please refrain from asking for credit cards details directly in the form as it will likely result in your account being suspended once again.  If you need to authorize payments, I would recommend using one of our payment processors:
